Mr. Taylor is a proven leader who has been successful at growing profitable E&P businesses since he entered the oil and gas sector in 1981. David retired in May, 2021 from the position of President, CEO and Director of Parex Resources Inc. and was one of the founding executives of the company when it started up in 2009. Parex is now a premier South American E&P company which has grown its net production to over 50,000 bopd in Colombia.
Prior to Parex, Mr. Taylor served as Vice President of Business Development for Parex' predecessor company, PetroAndina Resources. PetroAndina was also a start up E&P company that grew gross oil production in Argentina to over 30,000 bopd (50% working interest, operated) prior to the company being sold and Parex being spun out. Mr. Taylor led PetroAndina's entry into Colombia with the initial exploratory blocks that were the starter kit for Parex.
Before joining PetroAndina, Mr. Taylor was Vice President of Exploration and International Operations for Husky Energy and led it's global exploration efforts in the Western Canadian, Canadian Frontier and Southeast Asia regions. He was also responsible for it's international production and development assets. Prior to Husky Mr. Taylor served as Vice President Exploration for Renaissance Energy and held other management and technical positions at Chauvco Resources, Imperial Oil and Exxon.
Mr. Taylor graduated from McMaster University with a Masters of Science degree (Geology) and has a Bachelor's degree in Geology from the University of Pennsylvania.
Brad Allison has 40+ years of domestic and international experience in the energy business spanning exploration, appraisal, development and M&A. Educated as a geologist, Mr. Allison has a track record of commercializing conventional onshore and offshore oil and gas discoveries as well as unconventional resource plays. He has an extensive background in subsurface technical assurance, commercial evaluations, portfolio management and leading integrated teams to create value. Mr. Allison retired from Calgary based Husky Energy in 2020 after 18 years of service, 10 years as a senior executive and lead officer responsible for the leadership of Husky's exploration business including geological, geophysical and engineering services both domestically and internationally. In addition to Husky energy, Mr. Allison has held technical and senior management positions at ExxonMobil, Imperial Oil, and Advantage Energy Services. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in geology from Mount Allison University and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta, the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, and the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Mr. Baird is a board director and senior executive with over 40 years of experience in the Canadian and international oil and gas industry. Through various increasing roles and responsibilities, Bob developed skills in strategy and led businesses that delivered top performance levels. Bob also played a key role in several successful mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Baird currently serves or was an active member on several boards, including pipelines, private companies, industry associations and non-profit organizations. Bob's professional experience includes 27 years at Shell Canada in the downstream business and 10 years as senior Executive at Husky Energy where he was responsible for trading, manufacfuring, distribution and retail. Mr. Baird has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Concordia University in Montreal, and an Executive Management certificate from IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland. Mr. Baird received his director designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors in 2018 and is fluent in French.
Mr. Symonds was COO of Husky Energy, overseeing upstream production and downstream processing. Rob was accountable for all onshore North American operations, offshore operations in Atlantic Canada, marketing, trading, retail, procurement, safety, major projects, and global exploration. Mr. Symonds was an officer of Husky Energy Inc. as well as an officer and director of several Husky-owned subsidiary companies. Rob guided the reserves recognition process, ensuring compliance with regulations and Securities & Exchange Commission requirements. Prior to Husky, Mr. Symonds was an executive and officer at Enerplus Corporation, a Canadian upstream venture. Rob began his career as a reservoir engineer at Shell Canada, after attaining his Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering at University of Alberta and Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering at the University of Edinburgh. At Shell Canada, Symonds led upstream and offshore businesses and corporate strategy. Internationally, Symonds was JV manager for Shell U.K. Exploration and Production PLC's North Sea assets.

Mr. Pinsky has held the position of Chief Financial Officer - (CFO) of both public and private E&P businesses for the past 20+ years with experience in all forms of public and private equity funding, debt funding, shareholder engagement and strategy. Currently, Ken serves as the CFO & Corporate Secretary of Parex Resources Inc., a position he has held since inception in 2009, and was one of the founding executives. Mr. Pinsky is currently responsible for all aspects of Finance & Reporting, Legal & Commercial, including crude oil marketing and New Ventures for Parex. Parex is now a Premier TSX listed South American E&P which has grown its net oil production to in excess of 50,000 bopd in Colombia. Prior to that, Mr. Pinsky served as CFO of Petro Andina Resources, a TSX listed E&P business active in Argentina, Colombia and Trinidad. Petro Andina was a start-up E&P that grew its production in Argentina to 15,000 bopd before being sold, with its Colombia and Trinidad exploration assets spun-out as Parex. Prior to joining Petro Andina Mr. Pinsky was a founding executive and Director of a private domestic focused E&P and prior was the CFO of Ultima Energy Trust, a TSX listed energy trust that merged in 2004.
Mr. Pinsky graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce degree major in Accounting and is a Chartered Professional Accountant - CA and a Chartered Financial Analyst - CFA.
Prior to entering the E&P business Mr. Pinsky was employed by Price Waterhouse working in Canada and overseas initially on assurance/audit work and subsequently in the insolvency and restructuring group.
Mrs. Ferrari is a Brazilian Lawyer from the State of Sao Paulo with more than 7 years of experience in Corporate, Labor and Environmental Law, and 7 years of international experience. Fernanda gained valuable knowledge working within the International Energy Law Division at Dentons Canada LLP, where she was exposed to the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN) and their model contracts. Mrs. Ferrari also completed the Petroleum Joint Venture Contract Analyst program from Mount Royal University in Calgary, Alberta. Fernanda has been invaluable in supporting Salvador Energy Inc. with business development, due diligence reviews and translations of concession contracts, financial guarantees and JOAs, drafting NDAs and LOIs, and coordinating with 3rd party lawyers.
